Ingredients you need to make Mississippi Pot Roast:

Pot Roast – We used a boneless chuck roast in this recipe. You can also use a tri-tip roast, London broil or round roast. I like to use whatever is on sale at the market!

Pepperoncinis – You’ll need about 5 whole pepperoncinis with a splash of the juice.

Butter – Salted or unsalted butter both work fine in this recipe. You’ll need a half stick or 1/4 cup.

Beef Broth – We used low sodium beef broth but you can use regular beef broth, or beef bone broth. If you are in a pinch, chicken broth or vegetable broth will work as well.

French Fried Onions – You’ll need about a 1/2 cup of French fried onions. You can get these at any grocery store. These add such a delicious flavor to the recipe!

Seasoning Blend – Dried Parsley + Onion Powder + Garlic Powder + Black Pepper + Dried Dill + Paprika + Ground Mustard

Tools to have on hand:

  • Slow Cooker – You will need a slow cooker to make this recipe.
  • Measuring Cups + Spoons – To properly measure the ingredients for this recipe.
