Ingredients you need to make Banana Muffins:
Bananas - You'll need two very ripe bananas! The riper the better.
White Granulated Sugar - White granulated sugar or cane sugar both work in this recipe.
Brown Sugar - Dark or light brown sugar both work great in this recipe.
All-Purpose Flour - I used unbleached white all-purpose flour. It is an extremely versatile flour perfect for baking bread. You can also use bleached white flour or bread flour.
Baking Soda - To assist in the rising process.
Egg - Helps to hold everything together and to increase richness of the bread.
Butter - Salted or usalted butter both work great.
Ground Cinnamon - Adds a nice warm spice to the bread!
Mini Chocolate Chips - Mini semi sweet or regular semi sweet chocolate chips will work great.
Vanilla Extract - Pure vanilla extract is best.
