    Baked Pumpkin Spice Donut Holes

    Pumpkin Spice Donut Holes -  Fall flavors are already filling up my kitchen in anticipation of my favorite season. The flavors of Fall are some of my favorite, warm pumpkin pastries, beautiful colored squash, hot apple cider, it really is a special time of year! These Pumpkin Spiced Donut Holes are fantastic and I am so excited to share my recipe with you.

    What ingredients do I need for this recipe?

    • 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
    • ½ cup granulated sugar
    • ½ cup pumpkin puree
    • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
    • â…› teaspoon ground cloves
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • â…“ cup milk
    • â…› cup canola oil
    • ¼ cup melted butter (topping)
    • â…“ cup granulated sugar (topping)
    • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon (topping)

    What tools do I need to make baked donut holes?

    • mini muffin pan
    • mixing bowls
    • measuring spoons and cups
    • rubber spatula

    How do I make Bake Pumpkin Spice Donut Holes?

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    2. In a small bowl, combine flour, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, ground cloves and baking powder.
    3. In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, milk, oil, and ½ cup sugar.
    4. Slowly add the flour mixture into the wet ingredients until fully combined.
    5. In a lightly greased mini muffin pan, fill muffin pan cups about â…“ of the way with your pumpkin donut mixture.
    6. Bake at 375 degrees for about 8 minutes. A toothpick should come out clean. Remove donut holes from muffin pan and place on a cooling rack to cool.
    7. In a small bowl, melt butter. In another bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar.
    8. Once the donut holes have cooled, drop each donut into the melted butter and then toss into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Repeat for all donut holes.
