Ingredients You Need To Make Crockpot Baby Back Ribs:

Pork Baby Back Ribs - You'll need one (about three pound) rack of baby back ribs.

Barbecue Sauce - Our favorite barbecue sauce to use for these ribs is Sweet Baby Rays Original or Trader Joes Organic Kansas City BBQ Sauce.

Baby Back Rib Rub Seasoning - Salt + Black Pepper + Garlic Powder + Onion Powder + Paprika + Chili Powder + Dry Mustard + Brown Sugar.

Tools to have on hand for this recipe:

    • Slow Cooker - For cooking your Baby Back Ribs in.
    • Measuring Spoons and Cups – To properly measure all of your ingredients.

How To Make Baby Back Ribs In Your Slow Cooker:

Pat ribs dry with a paper towel.

Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs. To do this, carefully slide a sharp knife under the membrane. Using a paper towel pull the membrane off completely.

Cut rack of ribs in half to fit in your slow cooker.

Mix dry rub in a small bowl and season ribs on all sides with the rub.

Place one half of the ribs in your slow cooker (bone side down) and pour half of the barbecue sauce evenly on top. Top with remaining half rack of ribs and pour remaining sauce evenly on top.

Cook ribs on low heat for 6-8 hours or 3-4 hours on high heat.

    Turn oven to broil.

Transfer ribs to a foil lined baking sheet. Baste ribs with sauce from the slow cooker.

Place ribs into the oven under the broiler for a couple minutes to lightly crisp up. Keep a close eye on them so they don't burn!

Serve ribs with remaining sauce. Enjoy!

Shoestring Fries - Thin and crispy baked shoestring french fries make for a delicious side dish or appetizer! Serve with your favorite fry sauces.

Creamy Classic Coleslaw - My classic coleslaw recipe is made with a delicious slightly sweet and creamy homemade coleslaw dressing. Serve as a barbecue side dish, on pulled pork sandwiches, tacos and more!

Cornbread Muffins - Serve warm cornbread muffins with butter and honey. These muffins go excellent with chili, barbecued dinners, and so much more!
