How to make homemade Coleslaw Dressing:

    How to make the coleslaw:

Cut your head of green cabbage in half. Place flat side down on your cutting board and slice cabbage thin. You need about 3 cups of sliced cabbage. Add to a large bowl. Grate two carrots and then finely chop two tablespoons of onion. Add to the bowl with cabbage and toss to combine.

Toss dressing with coleslaw and place in an airtight container in the fridge for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors of the dressing develop into the coleslaw.

Here are some of my favorite recipes to pair with this coleslaw:

BBQ Pork Skewers with Filipino BBQ Marinade - This grilled pork is one of my favorite things to grill on the barbecue because not only are they extremely satisfying but they go great with so many different types of side dishes

Oven BBQ Pulled Pork - This pulled pork recipe is cooked in the oven on low heat and comes out super tender and full of flavor! First, the pork is marinated overnight, then cooked in the oven on low heat, and finally slathered in yummy barbecue sauce.

BBQ Bacon Wrapped Chicken Thighs - Seasoned chicken thighs wrapped in thick cut bacon, basted in a sweet sauce and then grilled to crisp perfection.
