    Glazed Honey Soy Baked Chicken

    Glazed Honey Soy Baked Chicken - Super tender and juicy baked chicken with a delicious honey soy glaze. This recipe is perfect for a simple and easy dinner done in under 30 minutes!

    I served my chicken with steamed rice and grilled veggies. Below, I provide a few more delicious side dish ideas to pair with this recipe.

    Ingredients you need for this recipe:

    • Chicken Breasts or Thighs - Boneless, Skinless
    • Soy Sauce - I use low sodium.
    • Honey
    • Garlic
    • Ketchup
    • Olive Oil
    • Green Onion (optional)
    • Sesame Seeds (optional)

    Tools to have on hand:

    • Baking Dish (13"x9")
    • Measuring Spoons + Cups

    How to make Glazed Honey Soy Baked Chicken:

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    Lightly oil the bottom of your baking dish and place even sized pieces of chicken breasts in the dish.

    In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic and ketchup.

    Evenly pour sauce over the chicken breasts.

    Bake chicken for about 25 minutes.

    When done, remove chicken from the oven. Sprinkle top with chopped green onion and sesame seeds(optional). Enjoy!

    **Internal temperature of the chicken should be at least 165 degrees. I prefer between 165-175 degrees.

      Very flavorful. I would use a little less ketchup and add some ginger but otherwise easy to make and tastes great!
