Chicken Bacon Alfredo Pasta Recipe - Mouthwatering delicious pasta recipe made with tender pieces of seasoned chicken and crisp bacon in creamy Alfredo sauce.

Easy family friendly pasta recipe that comes together in under an hour. This recipe makes for a super easy weeknight dinner.
This recipe makes about four servings depending on everyone's appetite. If you are cooking for a larger crowd, you can easily double the recipe.
Ingredients You Need To Make Chicken Bacon Alfredo:
Short Cut Pasta - We use Casarecce pasta purchased from Costco in this recipe. However, you can use what you have on hand. Any short cut pasta will do such as penne, rigatoni, rotini, etc.
Chicken Thighs - Boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts.
Bacon - You'll need about four slices of thick cut bacon. Use your favorite bacon.
Butter - Salted or unsalted butter.
Onion - Yellow or white onion work best in this recipe.
Garlic - Fresh garlic is highly recommended for the best flavor.
Heavy Cream - We use heavy cream for the Alfredo sauce.
Parmesan Cheese - Required for the Alfredo sauce. I always like to use a nice quality parmesan cheese grated from the block.
Seasonings - Salt + Black Pepper + Dried Basil + Dried Parsley + Paprika + Dried Oregano + Garlic Powder + Onion Powder + Cayenne Pepper.
Tools To Have On Hand For This Recipe:
- Large Skillet + Large Saucepan – To boil your pasta and for cooking chicken, bacon and pasta sauce.
- Measuring Cups + Spoons – To properly measure all of your ingredients.
- Cutting Board + Chef Knife – For prepping the veggies and chicken.

How To Make Chicken Bacon Alfredo Pasta:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. When done, drain and set aside.
Heat a large skillet to medium heat. Cook bacon until crisp, remove and transfer to a paper towel. Drain bacon grease from pan, leaving one tablespoon to cook chicken in. Once cooled, chop bacon.
Season chicken on all sides with chicken seasoning blend. Add chicken to a hot skillet with 1 tablespoon bacon grease and ½ tablespoon butter over medium heat. Cook about 5 minutes until golden brown. Flip chicken over and cook about 5 more minutes until golden and cooked through to at least 165 degrees. When done, transfer chicken to cutting board and cut into cubes.
In a clean skillet, add remaining butter and onions. Cook until tender. Add minced garlic and cook another minute. Add salt, pepper, basil and parsley. Slowly pour in heavy cream and cook until lightly simmering. Stir in parmesan cheese.
Add cubed chicken, chopped bacon and cooked pasta to the creamy Alfredo sauce and cook another couple minutes over low heat. Serve.

- ½ lb Short Cut Pasta
