Ingredients You Need To Make Smoked Beef Sliders:

Smoked Beef Chuck Roast - You'll need leftover smoked beef chuck roast. I linked my recipe for you here. You can also use leftover brisket.

Hawaiian Rolls - Hawaiian rolls or your favorite slider rolls.

Coleslaw - You can use your favorite store-bought coleslaw and dressing or use my super easy and delicious recipe. Be sure to make the coleslaw ahead of time so the cabbage can tenderize a little bit.

Pickles - Sliced dill or sweet pickles to top the sliders.

Barbecue Sauce - Use your favorite barbecue sauce or you can use my homemade BBQ Sauce Recipe. We toss the smoked chuck roast in barbecue sauce.

Mayonnaise - We use Hellmans or Best Foods mayonnaise in this recipe. We use mayonnaise for the buns.

Tools to have on hand for this recipe:

    • Skillet - To heat the smoked beef in.
    • Toaster - To toast your Hawaiian Rolls.

How To Make Smoked Pulled Beef Sliders:

Prepare coleslaw and place in the fridge for later.

Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add leftover smoked chuck roast and barbecue sauce to the skillet and stir to combine. Cover and let beef heat up until nice and hot.

Slice Hawaiian rolls in half and place in the toaster oven to lightly toast.

Assemble sliders by spreading mayonnaise on rolls, then top with warm smoked beef, coleslaw and sliced pickles. For extra spice, drizzle with a little sriracha or tabasco hot sauce.
