Not only are these pork sandwiches delicious but they are super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. These pork sandwiches remind me of a New York deli-style sandwich.

Ingredients You Need To Make Smoked Pork Sandwiches:
Leftover Smoked Pork - You'll need a fresh smoked pork or leftover smoked pork for this recipe. I linked my recipe for you.
Jack Cheese - Any mild white cheese will work great on this sandwich. You can use mozzarella, jack, or provolone cheeses.
Pepperoncini's - Adds a delicious flavor to the sandwich that you don't want to skip.
Mayonnaise - Mayo adds a nice creamy richness to the sandwich that you don't want to skip out on.
Mustard - We use yellow mustard on our sandwiches but you could use a grainy mustard as well.
French Bread Rolls - Use your favorite homemade or store bought sandwich rolls. You could also use ciabatta bread.

How To Make Smoked Pork Sandwiches:
Prepare your leftover smoked pulled pork by adding to a large skillet over medium heat. Cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until nice and hot. Then, remove from heat.
Slice your sandwich roll or bread in half and top with mayo and mustard. Top with pulled pork and a slice of jack cheese.
Place sandwiches in toaster oven or a 350 degree oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
Once done, top your sandwich with sliced pepperoncini's. Enjoy!
