Ingredients You Need To Make Asian Ground Beef Ramen Noodles:
Ramen Noodles - Two six ounce packets of ramen (seasonings discarded).
Ground Beef - Half pound of lean ground beef. Ground turkey can also be used in substitution for the ground beef.
Onions - Half of a white or yellow onion - equivalent to one cup chopped.
Ginger - Fresh ginger works best in this recipe. You'll need about a half tablespoon, grated.
Garlic - You'll need three whole garlic cloves.
Soy Sauce - We use low sodium soy sauce in this recipe. Regular soy sauce could give you a too-salty end result.
Oyster Sauce - Oyster sauce adds a delicious flavor to the sauce. You'll only need one tablespoon.
Brown Sugar - Light or dark brown sugar both work great and go into the sauce.
Rice Vinegar - Regular unseasoned rice vinegar in this recipe. You could also use a seasoned rice vinegar.
Sesame Seed Oil - Pure sesame seed oil works best and you'll only need one teaspoon. A little bit goes a long way.
Sriracha - Adds a nice little spice to the sauce. You can skip this ingredient or use red pepper flakes instead.
Sesame Seeds - We use sesame seeds as a garnish.
Green Onions - Fresh green onions add a nice pop of freshness and flavor to the ramen.
