Ingredients you need to make fall off the bone baby back ribs:
Baby Back Ribs – You’ll need one rack of baby back ribs. If you are cooking for a large crowd, you can use two racks and double the recipe.
Apple Juice – To steam the ribs in while baking. If you don’t have apple juice, you can use water instead.
Brown Sugar – For the barbecue sauce and dry rub seasoning. You can use light or dark brown sugar.
Salt + Black Pepper + Paprika + Garlic Powder + Cayenne – For the barbecue sauce and dry rub seasonings.
Ketchup – For the barbecue sauce.
Coca-Cola – For the barbecue sauce. I used regular Coca Cola but you can also use Pepsi. I do not recommend using diet.
Molasses – Adds a delicious flavor to the barbecue sauce!
Mustard – Yellow mustard is best in this recipe, but you can also use dijon or grainy mustard.
Worcestershire Sauce – Adds a delicious flavor to the barbecue sauce. You can also use soy sauce as a substitution.

Transfer ribs to the oven and bake for about 2 – 2.5 hours until they are super tender.
How to make Coca Cola BBQ Sauce:
In a small saucepan add all the ingredients and whisk together to combine. Cook over medium-low heat until sauce lightly thickens, whisking occasionally. After sauce thickens and darkens, remove from heat to let cool. Set aside for later use.
When the ribs are done baking, remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Once the grill is nice and hot, transfer ribs to the hot grill meaty side down. Grill for about 5-10 minutes until you have some nice grill marks. Then, flip over and baste a few times with barbecue sauce.
OR Finish the ribs in the broiler(If you don’t have a grill): Transfer ribs to the broiler on foil and cook for a couple minutes, then baste with barbecue sauce and cook another minute.
