My classic homemade Turkey Meatloaf recipe will serve about 4-6 people depending on everyone's appetite. If you are cooking for a large crowd, simply double the recipe and separate into two bread loaf pans.

We served our meatloaf with creamy mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. I will link a few more of my favorite classic side dishes for you below.

Notes on Ingredients for Turkey Meatloaf:

*Full measurements and instructions are listed below in recipe card.

Ground Turkey - We use 93% lean ground turkey in this recipe. You can also use ground beef or a 50/50 mix of both.

Ritz Crackers - Crushed ritz crackers add a delicious buttery flavor to the meatloaf. You can also use Italian or panko breadcrumbs or rolled oats.

Onions - We use yellow or white onion. You can also use red onion if that's what you have on hand.

Garlic - Fresh garlic is recommended in this recipe but you can use one teaspoon garlic powder.

Brown Sugar - Light or dark brown sugar. Honey will also work great.

Eggs - Eggs act as a binder for the meatloaf.

Milk - We use whole milk but you can use your milk of choice or half and half.

Ketchup - Use ketchup for the meatloaf mixture and topping.

Mustard - Yellow mustard for the meatloaf and glaze topping. You can also use dijon mustard.

Worcestershire Sauce - Use in the meatloaf and for ketchup glaze topping. You can use soy sauce as substitution.
