Best Turkey Meatloaf Recipe - Tender and delicious homemade meatloaf recipe made with ground turkey and ritz buttery crackers with a classic ketchup glaze. Serve with your favorite side dishes like mashed potatoes.

My classic homemade Turkey Meatloaf recipe will serve about 4-6 people depending on everyone's appetite. If you are cooking for a large crowd, simply double the recipe and separate into two bread loaf pans.
We served our meatloaf with creamy mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. I will link a few more of my favorite classic side dishes for you below.
Notes on Ingredients for Turkey Meatloaf:

Ground Turkey - We use 93% lean ground turkey in this recipe. You can also use ground beef or a 50/50 mix of both.
Ritz Crackers - Crushed ritz crackers add a delicious buttery flavor to the meatloaf. You can also use Italian or panko breadcrumbs or rolled oats.
Onions - We use yellow or white onion. You can also use red onion if that's what you have on hand.
Garlic - Fresh garlic is recommended in this recipe but you can use one teaspoon garlic powder.
Brown Sugar - Light or dark brown sugar. Honey will also work great.
Eggs - Eggs act as a binder for the meatloaf.
Milk - We use whole milk but you can use your milk of choice or half and half.
Ketchup - Use ketchup for the meatloaf mixture and topping.
Mustard - Yellow mustard for the meatloaf and glaze topping. You can also use dijon mustard.
Worcestershire Sauce - Use in the meatloaf and for ketchup glaze topping. You can use soy sauce as substitution.
Seasonings - Black Pepper + Salt + Parsley + Paprika + Cumin

How to make The Best Turkey Meatloaf:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients to make Turkey Meatloaf except for the ketchup glaze topping.
Dump meatloaf mixture into a lightly greased or parchment paper lined 9x5 bread loaf pan.
In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup glaze topping. Spread evenly on top of the meatloaf.
Place meatloaf in the oven and bake uncovered for 55-60 minutes. When done, internal temperature should be at least 170 degrees(use an instant read thermometer to check).
Allow meatloaf to cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy!

- 1 ¼ cup Ritz Crackers crushed
- ¼ cup Milk
- 2 Eggs
- ⅓ cup Yellow Onion finely chopped
