Ingredients You Need To Make Cheeseburger Sliders:
Ground Beef - We use a 90/10 ground beef in our cheeseburger slider recipe. You can also use ground turkey.
Worcestershire Sauce - We use this sauce to season the burgers and to cook the grilled onions in. If you don't have any on hand you can skip this ingredient or you can use soy sauce on the burgers instead.
Salt - We use salt to season the burger patties and the onions.
Black Pepper - To season the burger patties with. We like to use fresh cracked black pepper, but ground pepper works perfect too.
Sharp Cheddar Cheese - I love the flavor of sharp cheddar cheese on my burger, but you can also use American cheese as well!
Slider Buns - We use brioche slider buns in this recipe, but you can also use Hawaiian rolls.
Yellow Onion - Red, yellow or white onion all work great when making the grilled onions!
Butter - We use unsalted butter to cook the onions in but you can also use salted.
Red Wine Vinegar - Red wine vinegar helps to tenderize the onions while they cook and adds a nice flavor.
Yellow Mustard - We use mustard in the burger sauce. You can use dijon or grainy mustard as well.
Dill Pickles - Sliced dill pickles or dill pickle chips to top the sliders with. If you don't like pickle, skip this ingredient.
Sweet Pickle Relish - Dill pickle relish may be used as a substitution.
Ketchup - Ketchup goes into the burger sauce.
Mayonnaise - We use mayo for the burger sauce.
