    Amazing Easy Meatloaf Slider Recipe - Melt in your mouth delicious slider recipe made with leftover meatloaf layered on toasty Hawaiian Rolls with melted cheese, mayo and ketchup.

    This recipe will make about 12 sliders depending on how much leftover meatloaf you have. You can also freshly bake a homemade meatloaf to make these delicious Meatloaf Sliders.

    Ingredients You Need To Make Meatloaf Sliders:

    Hawaiian Rolls - You can use your favorite slider buns but we love the sweetness and softness of Hawaiian Rolls.

    Homemade Meatloaf - You'll need leftover or freshly baked homemade meatloaf for this recipe. I linked my delicious meatloaf recipe for you here.

    Ketchup - We like to use ketchup on our meatloaf sliders, you can also use barbecue sauce.

    Mayonnaise - We use mayonnaise on the slider rolls.

    Muenster Cheese - Havarti, Provolone, Jack or Mozzarella cheeses all work excellent on meatloaf sandwiches as well.

    Tools to have on hand for this recipe:

    • Toaster / Oven - To toast the Hawaiian Rolls.
    • Skillet - To quickly pan-fry meatloaf and melt the cheese on top.

    How To Make Meatloaf Sliders:

    First prepare the leftover meatloaf by slicing into 1 inch thick slices.

    Heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly butter. Add meatloaf to the skillet and cook for a couple minutes. Flip meatloaf over and top with sliced cheese and continue to cook until cheese is melted.

    Once the meatloaf is done, slice Hawaiian Rolls in half and lightly toast.

    Spread mayonnaise on the rolls followed by ketchup. Top with meatloaf. Enjoy!
