This was so so yummy, I served it over rice and the next day cold in a spinach salad with feta and some balsamic vinaigrette. Hits the spot!

DELICIOUS! I made it for dinner tonight & everyone enjoyed it so much! I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs; that’s what I had. I also lightly browned them first & deglazed pan with a little wine & added it to balsamic mixture. I will definitely make it again! Thank you

I've made this Slow Cooker Balsamic Chicken for dinner every other week since I first tried it. My boys request this chicken dinner, over and over. They are picky eaters and not overly fond of chicken but absolutely LOVE Balsamic Chicken. It is a quick and easy meal to make and there are never any leftovers. The chicken is very flavorful and extremely tender. Thank you for such a great recipe to add to my files. My family and I are grateful.
